CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

As this product is a digital product that is made available immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires once the buyer has expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing this product, the buyer agrees that the digital content will be provided immediately after completion of the purchase and confirms the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Legal basis: Art. 16 lit. m of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Section 356 (5) German Civil Code (where applicable).

2. Right of Withdrawal Before Provision Begins

As long as the buyer has not downloaded, opened, or expressly confirmed the start of execution of the digital content, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a clear statement by email to the address below.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer has already expressly agreed to the loss of the right of withdrawal or has started the download, there is no entitlement to a refund.

If the withdrawal is made in due time and before the provision begins, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

5. Special Notice for Digistore24

Payment processing is carried out via Digistore24. Therefore, refunds can only be processed via Digistore24. The privacy policy and terms of Digistore24 apply additionally.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products, content, and services offered by STRATION LTD via online platforms, Systeme.io, Digistore24, or other sales channels.

By purchasing a digital product, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Payment processing is carried out via Digistore24 (Digistore24 GmbH, Germany). Digistore24 is independently responsible for payment processing and invoicing.

3. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the acquisition of digital products such as e-books, downloads, course content, or other digital content.

Digital content is provided exclusively online.

No physical products are shipped unless expressly stated.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded once the customer completes the order process via Digistore24 and payment has been successfully confirmed.

The customer receives access to the digital content or the corresponding download link immediately after purchase.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include statutory value-added tax.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered by Digistore24, such as PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, or other payment options.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital content is provided immediately after receipt of payment via a download link or email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to have suitable software to open or use the digital content.

7. Withdrawal for Digital Products

For digital products that are made available immediately, the right of withdrawal expires once the customer has expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal.

8. Rights of Use

Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for personal use only.

without the express written permission of STRATION LTD.

9. Liability

STRATION LTD assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the digital content.

Claims for damages exist only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of content. Temporary restrictions may occur, e.g. due to maintenance or technical issues.

There is no entitlement to permanent availability.

11. Changes to Products

We reserve the right to update, expand, or adapt digital content insofar as this serves improvement or updating of the content.

12. Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data.

For purchases via Digistore24, their data protection provisions apply additionally.

13. Final Provisions

The law of the European Union and, additionally, the law of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply.

Place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Paphos, Cyprus.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
